Introducing Our Practice Team
A big welcome from all the team at The Village Veterinary Centre. When you come to us, you will be greeted by one of the reception team - Lou, Louise or Elizabeth. You will see our main Vet, Patrick, or Tom, our part-time Vet. Rachel T is the Practice Nurse and she will look after your animals when they come in for a procedure and is also always at hand for any help or advice you should require. Sarah and Rachel R are admin and will help you with any insurance or general administrative enquiries that you may have. See below for more details about our caring, helpful and friendly staff.

Patrick is the practice principal. He qualified with a commendation (Honours) from Liverpool University in 1992. Patrick is committed to high standards of patient care and safety. Patrick shares his life with his wife Sarah, daughter Emma and their numerous pets. 'Mia' the Cavalier Cross, 'Bubble' was rescued as a kitten and and now rules the roost. 'Edith' and 'Beryl' are the rescue mediterranean tortoises who weed the garden. There are also Lennon & Miley the rescue bunnies and Daisy & Poppy the rescue guinea pigs - quite the menagerie!

Sarah is the practice manager and oversees the overall running of the practice. If you have any non-clinical enquiries, she will be pleased to help.

Tom is our part time vet. He lives on his family farm near Winchester with his wife and children and when he is not working at Village Vets, he is busy dealing with all the day to day running of the farm.

Sam is an experienced Vet who is very friendly and will put you and your pet at ease.

Rachel is a very knowledgeable veterinary nurse who is also calm and caring so will put your pet at ease when they come in for treatment. Rachel shares her life with her labradors Dexter and Lily.
Rachel is available for nurse clinics. So if you would like to make an appointment with her, please let the receptionist know at the time of booking.

Emma is one of our dedicated and friendly nurses. She is an experienced nurse who enjoys nothing more than to make a fuss of your pet. Emma is a true animal lover who has dogs, cats, chickens and a horse.

Sophie is a hard working and enthusiastic member of the Village team - always happy to help with your pets.
- Rachel Reynard
- Administration Manager
Rachel is an experienced manager and administrator. She will deal with all your insurance claims, invoices, Pet Health Club queries and other administrative responsibilities.
She lives in Chandlers Ford with her family and is also a real animal lover who owns 4 dogs and a cat.
She will be happy to deal with any non-clinical queries that you may have.

Elizabeth is an extremely organised and efficient receptionist who will be happy to help you with all your reception queries. She loves all pets and owns a collie cross called Pip who enjoys long walks.

Lou has extensive reception experience and also has a great love for animals so you will find her friendly and efficient to deal with. Lou lives locally with her husband and two daughters.

Louise is a very experienced and efficient veterinary receptionist. She has extensive experience in the industry and will be very happy to help you with your appointments and medication requests.
Louise shares her life with her family and cavachon called Lenny.
